CAM Sugar is the world’s largest catalog of Italian film soundtracks, comprising more than 2,500 original scores, including such landmark titles as La Dolce Vita, Amarcord, 8½, The Leopard (Il Gattopardo), and Il Postino (The Postman), which won the Academy Award for Best Original Dramatic Score in 1996.
Its catalog includes more than 400 composers from Italian and French cinema, ranging from Ennio Morricone and Stelvio Cipriani to Vangelis and Philippe Sarde.
CAM Sugar’s mission is to tell the story of cinema through the lens of film music, combining meticulous audio and graphic restoration work - brought to life through new CD and vinyl releases - with a strong commitment to cultural outreach and education.
